I think my 1 yr old male cat has a pimple on his lower lip, is that possible? Just swollen spot, no blood, not bothered by it, can touch.

The lower lip would be an odd location for what's known as feline chin acne. If this spot is actually on his lip or gum, it could have something to do with his teeth - perhaps a tooth that never fully erupted. If it's not painful to touch, no bleeding as you mentioned, you can monitor it for a few days and see if it's getting bigger (or starting to bleed or ooze). If it's not going away or it's changing take him in to your vet to have it evaluated.
If you want to talk more about this we can do a consult. You can even send us a picture this way, and I'd be happy to take a look.

What he has could be a bacterial infection, he could have a plastic allergy or another possibility is feline chin acne. There is no known cause for this, some cats get it, some don't, but it can be managed by keeping the chin clean and treating it by twice daily disinfection with a cotton ball moistened with regular hydrogen peroxide. If this does not help, I recommend getting him in to see your vet to make sure it isn't a sign of a different underlying problem. And, in case it is allergy related, if you use plastic bowls, try switching them for stainless steel, glass or ceramic bowls.
