My dogs gums are pale. She shows no signs of bleeding externally. I am very scared because I read that white gums are dangerous.

I would strongly recommend to take her to your veterinarian for a check up if you think the gums are really pale (pale pink). Pale gums are a sign of possible anaemia that can be caused by a variety of causes (some of them are definitively emergencies).

You should be seeking veterinary assistance for your pet IMMEDIATELY. Pale gums are a sign that your pet is not getting enough blood flow and is severely anemic (low red blood cell count). This is life threatening and can mean there is either an internal bleed or there is hemolysis (common cause is immune mediated hemolytic anemia). The hemolysis can be treated with some success, but internal bleeding will require more emergency action and carries a worse chance of survival. Please get help now! I wish you and your pet the best of luck.
