Ear hematomas can be painful! The problem is your pet, no matter what you do at home, will continue to shake and be in discomfort until Monday. If at all possible I would reach out for either another vet that is open on the weekend or financial assistance through www.CareCredit.com if this is the case.
The only thing that you can attempt at home, that won't do much to be honest, is to apply a cold compress onto the ear. See the issues is that the blood vessel in the ear has ruptured and is leaking into the ear flap. So the recommended treatment is to drain the ear, place a penrose drain, and wrap the ear pinna around the head to keep pressure on it and facilitate healing. Then your pet is placed on medications. Every vet has his/her own methods but this is the one that has worked for me and my patients. Sometimes we are successful with just this treatment regimen and the ear heals completely. Other times it doesn't fix the problem and we have to resort to more involved surgeries on the ear.

Not much to do really, if you have a dog ear wash solution - you can wash his ear very real (into the ear canal), the cleaning of the ears might help temporarily with the itching and he might stop shaking his head.
Eventually without veterinary treatment it's not going to get better, you dog will need ear drops to treat the ear infection that is causing your dog to shake his head (the head shaking causes the hematoma) and a month of steroid treatment to get rid of the hematoma (or a surgery if you want it to get solved quicker).
