This sounds like an emergency and you need to have your dog seen right away.
Is it possible she got Into something toxic? As these can the first signs of poisoning or another serious illness. She needs immediate medical treatment

I would suggest to take her to your veterinarian for a consultation as soon as possible, especially for the lethargy and the lack of balance. Many different diseases can cause the signs you are describing (intoxication would be possible??) and a physical (and neurological) examination and more clinical informations are necessary to identify the underlying cause. More investigations may be needed including blood test and abdominal radiographs.

This could be a sign of a neurological episode, possibly a stroke. i don't know the age of your dog, but if your dog isn't young it would make sense , this condition is also known as "old dog syndrome" and in many cases it gets better within 3-4 days with supportive treatment.
I recommend taking her to the vet to get her checked and rule out other possibilities.
