After the last set of vaccines according to the AAHA vaccination guidelines pets are considered protective 7 days after their last set of vaccinations. So not much more to go and you can safety take your pet outside and around other pets. Now this does not mean he is protective against heartworms (spread from mosquito bites), external parasites and intestinal parasites. So please remember to give him his monthly heartworm preventative (which contains a natural intestinal dewormer against roundworm and hookworms) for complete preventative care and protection. My top brands for heartworm preventatives are: Trifexis (heartworm and flea prevention) and Heartgard (heartworm preventative only). Nexgard (flea and tick preventative) and Comfortis are also great flea preventatives.
Now mind you there are other parasites that can be found in the soil that are not covered by your preventatives, so the first sign of diarrhea you should always get puppy's fecal examined for parasites.

It takes about two weeks before full protection from vaccines is conferred.
