There could be puppies from both males. You will have to decide whether you want her to have puppies and possibly risk having puppies from the street dog, or whether you do not want the puppies and have your vet give her medication to stop her pregnancy. This will determine what you need to do. In the forst case make sure that you inform your vet a feww days before the birth that you may have to call him on an emergency during parturition as the puppies may be big and there may be a problem during birth (not necessarily, but your vet would appreciate knowing in advance that you might need him). In the latter case take her to your vet ASAP for the injection to terminate or prevent the pregnancy.

She may have got pregnant from the street dog I am afraid. You will have to wait for the puppies to be born to be able to tell if they look pure breed or not. There are no tests available to check who is the father of pupps.
