My rabbit has stopped eating pellets, but he's Eating hay and drinking water. His poops are small and dry. Does he have a clogged organ? Any tips?

Pellets are not an ideal rabbit food. Your rabbit should be quite adequately fed by good quality hay , some fresh greens, when available, and water. If he suddenly stopped eating the pellets, then maybe they are spoiled (often not visible), or he could have a tooth problem. He may not be drinking enough either. I suggest you take him to a vet for an exam , preferably a veterinarian who treats a lot of bunnies. In the meantime make sure he has plenty of fresh clean water available, and good hay and add some greens.

He might have overgrowth teeth or a beginning of intestinal stasis, possibly a gastrointestinal infection is involved as well.
I recommend to take him to the vet ASAP in order to diagnose and start the treatment.
