Why Does My Cat Keep Meowing and Rubbing on Things?
-
Your cat is in heat. She will stay in season until she finds a mate. She may go out of season about two weeks from when this started and then go into heat again three months later. Have her spayed if you do not want kittens.

Your cat is probably in heat. She will continue this behavior for another week or so or until she is bred. Keep her away from any intact male cats to prevent an accidental or unwanted litter of kittens. You can have her spayed while she is in heat, however the surgery may take longer and carries some additional risk. I do recommend getting her spayed as soon as possible to prevent the behavior in the future as well as to decrease her chances of developing mammary gland tumors (breast cancer) and eliminate her chances of pyometra (uterine infection) later in life.
