My cat has an inner ear infection, he's being treated with antibiotics and motion sickness medication for the head spinning, but he wont drink or eat.

Try feeding him canned food, warmed up in the microwave and feeding him by hand. He may be so disoriented that he is nauseous or afraid to eat. However, he may eat for you if you give him the food by hand. If he does not eat the canned food, try some boiled white chicken. If he does not eat by tomorrow you need to take him to a pet ER, as cats can get very ill from not eating. You may also want to try and syringe some water into him. Again. dehydration is detrimental as well.

You should contact your vet for a reassessment of his condition and medication but if he is weak and dehydrated (more than 48hours without food/water) he will need intravenous fluids or a drip in order to maintain his fluids. Many cats also require tube feeding if they have nausea related to inner ear or vestibular disease

This is probably because he has nausea from the motion sickness. It should get better very soon with the medication, if he is not on an anti nausea drug called "cerenia" I would advice asking it from your vet, it can help.
