This is very concerning if your pet recently had surgery and is not clinically better. I would have her rechecked by your veterinarian for any potential infections or complications due to the surgery. You should definitely get her rechecked asap by the same place that performed her procedure.
In the meantime keep her comfortable, limited activity, and offer her slightly warmed canned baby food to try to entice her to eat. But if she still has an infection somewhere that is causing a fever and subsequent lack of appetite, then the vet may need to get her on additional antibiotics.

This is very worrying, she might need another course of antibiotics, sometimes the infection can persists after a pyometra surgery and antibiotics needs to be continued for about 2 weeks post surgery. either way you need to take her back to your vet to get her checked.

Contact your vet urgently for a post-surgery recheck as it would be expected that her appetite should have improved by now. Repeat bloods and ultrasound may be required and a change of antibiotics may be recommended by your vet
