How much Emetrol should I give my 10 lb dog . And how long should I wait between doses .?

Emetrol has been shown to have no benefits for the causes of vomiting that we see in veterinary patients. While it may not be harmful to Moony, I doubt that it will stop her vomiting, and giving it to her without seeing a veterinarian to diagnose the actual cause of the vomiting (which can be many things including viral/bacterial/parasitic gastroenteritis, a GI foreign body, kidney disease, liver disease) may cost you important time in determining what the cause of the vomiting is and getting appropriate treatment. I'd encourage you to take her for veterinary care as soon as possible if she is still vomiting at this point.

While emetrol is licensed for use in the person and not the canine it has been and can be used in the dog. It contains Dextrose/Fructose/Phosphoric Acid as the solution, none of these ingredients are unlikely to harm your dog. It is used to treating nausea and vomiting.
One teaspoon twice a day would be a reasonable dose for your dog.
If the condition does not resolve you should seek veterinary advice.
