I was asked to repost with type of trap, tomcat 1 oz box traps. About 4 days ago my 100 lb German Shepard at a block of mouse poison, we spoke with our vet and poison control and they said she should be fine (she would need to eat at least 4 more of these blocks to see any reaction. As of the last few days she has been urinating every where?

Toxic doses of bromethalin are estimated to be 2.5 mg/kg for dogs. Symptoms of toxicity are primarily neurologic (tremors, seizures, central nervous system depression, etc). These symptoms can appear 1 to 7 days after ingestion. The frequent urination may be coincidental. Have your dog rechecked by your veterinarian. Blood work can assess major organ function, especially kidney function. A urine sample can be submitted for urinalysis and culture to diagnose UTI.

I'm sorry that your dog ate mouse poison, and you did exactly the right thing by speaking to the vet and poison control. This urination could be due to something else, such as a UTI. I would take her into the vet today for an exam. The vet can do a physical exam, routine blood tests, and a urinalysis to diagnose if she does have a UTI. Should she have one, she will need antibiotics to treat it.
