My cat has what looks like a black head ( slightly protruding above the skin) just below his ear. Only one, I know cats get feline acne but usually on their chin? And he does not have that. I tried to pop it maybe 6 months ago and it seeps black liquid? I was confused to I left it. Still there. Should I pop it? It doesn't both him or grow or looks red and irritated around the base.

• Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation.
