Earlier tonight, I went to take a skin tag off my papillon... it was hard on top... I got tweezers to pull it, but while trying to get a grip of it it started to crumble under pressure. I started kinda picking at it and it looked more like a plug as it came out. There was a bit of thick white consistency of toothpaste gunk under it. I squeezed most of it out.. and there was this hole almost left, smaller than a cm. It was like YouTube pimple popper videos. Advice please

His ALT has been between 140–180 units for the past 1.5 y, and CHOL ~ 7–8, despite being on a diet and having lost weight (he now weighs about 4.9 kg). • I discovered my dog drinking out of a bucket of really gross dark green water outside. He was throwing up for a few days. I’ve since removed the bucket of water and he’s stopped throwing up. I am concerned however if he needs antibiotics or something in case there was a bacteria or parasite in the bucket of water.
