For 2 days, my dog has been lethargic, unable to run/jump with periodic panting and yawning. What is wrong with her?

These signs are too vague to offer any diagnosis but it sounds like she may have a fever or heart/lung issues causing her discomfort. Please arrange a full physical exam by your vet as soon as possible

Poor girl. Symptoms of lethargy, panting (can indicate pain, primary lung disease, or a heart condition) and yawning are nonspecific symptoms unfortunately.
I am unsure how old Reggie is, however Beagles are subjective to certain disease processes including IVDD (intervertebral disc disease), pancreatitis, degenerative joint disease, and heart conditions (myxomatous valve disease) that could explain these symptoms. I would recommend having Reggie examined by your local vet to gather more clues as to what the underlying problem is. They also may have to run some tests, including blodowork and x-rays to diagnose the problem. Once the problem has been properly identified, then we can explore treatment options for Reggie to hopefully get her well again. If you feel that she is in dire need of medical care, then I would recommend taking her in today (if possible). Here is a website link that will help you find ER vets if your regular vet isn't available today http://www.vetlocator.com/hotline.php I wish Reggie a speedy recovery! Take care.
