My dog, a husky, caught tick fever for the first time 6 months ago. The tickets fever has now recurred. He is on Doxycyclin, but the doc in India says that tick fever can recur anytime once it happens. There is no permanent cure. Is this true or can I find a permanent cure? What can I do to mitigate the long term side effects of Doxycyclin.

• I discovered my dog drinking out of a bucket of really gross dark green water outside. He was throwing up for a few days. I’ve since removed the bucket of water and he’s stopped throwing up. • Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation.
