Hi, I have a 4.5lb Pekingese-Poodle mix that seems to be quite uncomfortable sitting and lying down. She is 5 years old. She has an umbilical hernia since she was born, but it's very small. I noticed it seemed slightly larger than normal, and my dog is a little shaky. She is small and does tend to shake from time to time. But she's still eating and drinking with no vomit. She has both urinted and defecated as normal as well. Should I see an emergency vet?

• Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up. I thought it was teeth grinding but to be safe I brought him to the vet and they checked his teeth, said he has a little bit of plaque but over all looked good.
