Hello, my dog fell off my bed and hit her head I think., She seems to be fine she didn't whine or Yelp she got up and walked. Should I be concerned or worried?, It was about 5 minutes ago nothing seems to be wrong with her. Please answer ASAP thx.

• Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up. I thought it was teeth grinding but to be safe I brought him to the vet and they checked his teeth, said he has a little bit of plaque but over all looked good.
