Sudden limping just from sitting and resting is a sign of hip dysplasia?or it's a normal strain of leg as my dog is having pain in his right rear leg suddenly it arises so I m worried can I give pain killer to him or what should I do ?

Poor Bruno! It's possible that this could be a sign of hip dysplasia, but it could also be due to a knee injury such as a torn cruciate ligament (ACL), or some type of minor soft tissue injury such as a sprain or pulled muscle. Unfortunately, there are no over-the-counter human pain medications that are safe for dogs, so you won't be able to give him anything without seeing a vet first.
If the limping is minor and he is acting normal otherwise, you could opt to restrict his exercise for the next few days and monitor him at home to see if it resolves - this means short leash walks to potty only, no running or jumping. If there is no improvement in the next 2-3 days, or if he is holding the leg up completely or seems excessively painful, then I would recommend taking him to the vet for an exam. He/she can take x-rays if needed to help determine the problem, and will also prescribe safe and effective pain medication to make him more comfortable.

Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up. I thought it was teeth grinding but to be safe I brought him to the vet and they checked his teeth, said he has a little bit of plaque but over all looked good. I asked the doctor what she thought the noise was and she said it’s probably just him adjusting his jaw. Hello, my name is Christine My two dogs ate a foam ball, like a quarter size of it actually. I called my vet and he said to give them some Hydro peroxide. I did and they threw up. My dog had an infected sebaceous cyst for months, and an abscess near it too. I took him to 4 veterinarians and each prescribed antibiotics. None of all helped my little buddy, and he didn't get better at all. I did labs for him few days ago for culture and sensitivity of pus and a doctor prescribed meropenem SQ 500mg every 12 hours.
