Hmm. My first thought is that Sissy may be developing hyperthyroidism, which is very common and very treatable. Often owners notice weight loss, increased hunger, and drinking/peeing more frequently. You should schedule a visit with your veterinarian to do complete blood work including a thyroid test and urinalysis. Good luck!

I'm sorry that Sissy isn't feeling well! I see she is an older cat, and an increase in appetite with no weight gain in a senior cat can be caused by diabetes or hyperthyroidism. Both of those can lead to a UTI from increased drinking, and that could cause her to urinate in the house. I would have Sissy seen by a vet today or tomorrow for a physical exam, geriatric blood panel, and urinalysis. These tests can help diagnose what is causing her symptoms, and once the cause is found, the vet can discuss treatment options.
