My 8 1/2 yr old yorkie is having anal gland issues, took to vet yesterday cleaned them out and given antis and prednisolone. Today, only once, the split second she ate her dinner, not minutes, she began to shuffle on her back end as if discomfort. Not totally sure it's anal glands as she was done yesterday . Any ideas

If Tammy had inflamed anal glands it is possible that they may still bother her occasionally over the next couple of days. If she seems very uncomfortable or has discharge from the area you should recheck with your veterinarian. I also wanted to mention that veterinarians typically don't recommend giving a non-steroidal anti inflammatory medication like Antis along with a corticosteroid like prednisolone for an extended period of time due to the risk for stomach ulcers. A one time injection probably isn't as much of a concern, and the risk is certainly dependent on the dose as well, but you may want to double check that your veterinarian wants Tammy on both of these medications.

Tammy may still be irritated in her little anal gland area from the expression, or from having them too full before, or from infection. Try soaking her rear in warm epsom salt bath water like in a little tub or sink several times a day, if she'll let you, as this is very soothing for most dogs. She may need additional pain medication from your veterinarian.
