Our dog has to take 30 mg of Viagra, 5 mg of Prednisone, and aspirin because of heartworms. She is still coughing and making terrible noises. What is the best action besides taking her to a vet? How do we take care of her to where she will gets better? The vet said part of the heart has been enlarged. How does that happen and is the way we are medicating her the right way to go? Will she have to take it for the rest of her life? Viagra cannot be good for her.
