Wow six puppies that is exciting. My concern is that Winnie does not seem to be feeling well. I do recommend taking her to the veterinarian for an x-ray to make sure she does not have anymore puppies inside her. Also, based on her physical exam they might want to do bloodwork to check her calcium and glucose. It is very important that Winnie has access to food and water at all times. She needs lots of energy to nurse her puppies.

I would recommend that you have her seen by your veterinarian right away. She may be suffering from low calcium which can happen with nursing females....especially smaller dogs. Your veterinarian will also want to make sure that her uterus is shrinking back to normal size and that there is no signs of an infection. Low calcium can become a serious emergency that requires immediate medical intervention. Your vet may need to check her calcium level in her blood and also look at her white blood cell count among other things.
