Hi. We have purchased a baby conure three months back. He is about 4 months now . He only weighs 56-57 grams. I am not sure if I should be concerned or this is how much babaies weigh. Plus do I need to take him to a vet? The breeder told Me I do not have to . We do not have an avian vet close by . It sure who should take him to for regular check up and how much would that cost . The breeder clipped his beak. We feel so bad for him and how long would that take to fully grow back.

• Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up. I thought it was teeth grinding but to be safe I brought him to the vet and they checked his teeth, said he has a little bit of plaque but over all looked good. • Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation.
