Health

We have a Jack Russell 10 years old, he is limping on his left rear leg when he gets up from lying down for extended periods of time, but he eventually "runs it out" and the limping all but stops, he has had the other rear knee reconstructed but when that happened he held that leg up constantly and never lowered it when walking/running. I'm just wondering whether this may be another blown out knee or maybe just arthritis or something similar.
