My dogs skin has started to turn a purple Color in places. Especially the tip of his penis. His urine is also bright yellow. He seems healthy and is very playful however he doesn't drink much water and doesn't eat a lot. However he is always jumping around and playing with the other dogs. Sometimes he will land on something and yelp in pain. Could you help? He is only 3 years old.
