My dog swallowed a penny about 10 mins ago and I'm very worried about what's going to happen to her.

Uh oh, naughty Raven! I recommend calling your vet immediately. Pennies are made of copper and zinc, which can cause red blood cell destruction and anemia. Your vet will likely want to take an x-ray to see where the penny is, and then determine if they can induce vomiting to remove it.
You could also call either the Pet Poison Helpline or the Poison Control Hotline to determine whether a vet visit is in order based on how much zinc is in a single penny and whether that would be toxic for a dog Raven's size. Be aware that either of the above helplines will require a fee, which includes any follow-up consultations that may be necessary with you or your vet. However, I would recommend skipping Pet Poison and simply bringing Raven in to the vet, partly in case she may have eaten more than just 1 penny!

Hope this helps!

Pennies can lead to zinc toxicity and anemia. I would get your dog into the vet and have them induce vomiting ASAP.

Two options: the best is take her to an emergency clinic so they can induce vomiting, and then you don't have to worry. If this is not an option, the penny needs to leave the stomach within 48 hours. If it stays in the stomach, there is a potential for the stomach acid to erode the penny and release zinc, which is toxic. This means you are either watching and picking through the poop for several days, or taking her in to your vet for serial xrays of the abdomen to see where it is. In that case, you might as well go in right now while there is still a chance to get rid of the penny by induction of vomiting.
