I have noticed that my dogs belly is turning dark color. It used to be light pink. She's a senior dog and 9 years old. Any advice on this?

• Hello, my name is Christine My two dogs ate a foam ball, like a quarter size of it actually. I called my vet and he said to give them some Hydro peroxide. I did and they threw up.
