My big dog jumped onto the table and ate beef and onions. I don't think that she ate that much, but she definitely ate more beef than onion (maybe 1-2 rings of cooked onion). She is acting normal and I made her eat water, what should I do?

If it was just a small amount of beef and just two onions, then there is little need for concern. The only concern with eating the beef would be that it might upset the stomach and in rare cases cause inflammation of the pancreas (this usually happens in cases where they eat a lot). However, the vast majority of dogs will handle it just fine.
Onion is known to be toxic (causes damage to red blood cells) to dogs, but she would have to eat much more than two rings for it to be a problem.
Overall, I think you have nothing to worry about, but I'll give you just a couple of things to look for as signs there is a problem:
1) Macey is acting more tired than normal. 2) Macey vomits more than three times or is vomiting for more than 24 hours.
If you see this or anything else concerning, then it would be worthwhile to take Macey to the vet.

My 12-year-old female Cocker has always been calm but now is deaf and recently had a bad UTI. She’s on antibiotics and thyroid medication and has dry eye, for which I put an ointment in her eyes. Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up. I thought it was teeth grinding but to be safe I brought him to the vet and they checked his teeth, said he has a little bit of plaque but over all looked good. My cat has had digestive issues since I adopted her 2 months ago. They have improved dramatically over time, but she still has semi-regular gas and seems to be in mild-moderate discomfort from day-to-day. I give her 1 Proviable Probiotic sprinkled on her dry food 1x/day (Fussie Cat Chicken and Turkey Meal dry food; approx 3/4 cup per day).
