My female cat is straining to pee. .about 6 months ago the same thing happened and I took her to the vet . They tested her urine and turned out positive for crystals. They gave me antibiotics and prescription food for temporary treatment . She got better . Now it's happening again . I have been giving her cranberri juice and more wet food . I was hoping to fix the problem without antibiotics and prescription food . Is there a way ?
