What should i do with my dog? He's suffering in extreme itchiness of his skin and injuries cause of scratching. He looks like starving but we're feeding him everyday. I want to know if he has a disease or what and treat him.

• Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation.
