What are these two bump type pimples?

Those look like pustles, or small spots of infection. If these are the only pustules you see on your dog then you can try to get rid of them by gently cleaning them with dilute hydrogen peroxide and putting some antibiotic ointment on them.
If these are widespread throughout the skin and your dog is itchy or bothered by them, then I would recommend you take him in to the vet to be checked out. He will likely need some oral antibiotics to help clear them up.
If the pustles come back or get worse then we will need to figure out what the underlying problem is that is causing the breakouts. The most common cause is allergies but there are other causes as well.
