My dog has swelling around his eye that is red and appears itchy and painful. He also has some red bumps or boils on his nose, paw and side (bean sized also itchy) the bumps are more like boils, not cysts. He has wheat allergies and has had some bread recently. He got outside a few weeks ago and got some cuts that have also turned red and have bumps around it.
