My shih tzu who is most likely about 6 years old has always had tears in his eye which is normal for his breed but recently his left eye has become cloudy with an obvious film over the eye. If I pull his eyelid up, I can see excessive redness (more than normal). He doesn't seem to have trouble getting around but does seem to squint with the one eye more than normal. He's a fairly healthy dog but we have no papers or history other than since I've had him.

• Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation. Fortunately he is still able to defecate but are small hard balls. A couple times I have had to administer laxatives. I am aware this is a lifelong issue after such surgery.
