I don't see any fleas on my car, and I have no bites. But my cat has sores on her spine and what looks like flea dirt. Cleared up after switching to a car food made for allergies, but has came back. Could it be fleas even though we don't see them on her, or in the house? She's an indoor cat.

• Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation. Fortunately he is still able to defecate but are small hard balls. A couple times I have had to administer laxatives. I am aware this is a lifelong issue after such surgery.
