Went to the vet 9-11 after 2 week limp and may have sprained it. How long can it take for this to heal until he is no longer limping? Also, how much movement should he be allowed during this time. He still wants to act like a normal cat doing his normal routine jumping on furniture and running although I have him locked most of the day in my bedroom. The vet said to come back if he gets sick or worse. So far no change and not sick. Should I take him back or wait longer due to healing time?

• Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation.
