I apologize, I just realized you were talking about a cat and not a dog.
All the same still applies, however, instead of puppy milk replacer you would give kitten milk replacer. That being said, milk replacer is the number one reason for kitten constipation so unless you really need to, I would not give any.
You can still do the canned pumpkin - 1/4 teaspoon twice a day.
Definitely DO NOT attempt to give a kitten an enema at home. That must be done by a vet.
Hope this clarifies.

Dogs are lactose intolerant so it is not recommended that you give them cow's milk. Once they are weaned from their mother as puppies they can no longer process milk. At 8 weeks old she should not need milk anymore so I strongly suggest you not give her any milk. If you must give her milk then you need to get puppy milk replacer and not use cow's milk.
For constipation you can feed her a little bit of canned pumpkin (like 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon twice a day). If that doesn't help after a day or two then you need to get her to the vet for an exam. She may need an enema which I really don't recommend you try to do yourself at home.
Hope this helps. Best wishes.
