I was petting my dog and I notice that she turned away wen i touch her ear. I checked her out and I felt like a bubble with liquid inside. Should I rush her in or it can wait until i take her to her vet on Monday?

Thank you for providing pictures of Nancy's ear! From the picture, it appears like she has an aural hematoma, which is a collection of fluid between the layers of skin on the ear flap. This isn't an emergency, and it's fine to wait until Monday to have Nancy seen by a vet. Typically these do resolve on their own, but sometimes they need to be drained. Your vet can determine the best course of treatment for it. A common cause of them is ear infections. Dogs with ear infections will frequently shake their heads and paw at their ears, causing the aural hematoma. The vet will check her ears to see if she does have an ear infection or not, and can treat her as necessary. If you notice she is scratching at her ear, I would put an Ecollar on her to keep her from doing that. You can make one at home or get one at a pet store. I hope this helps!

My cat has had digestive issues since I adopted her 2 months ago. They have improved dramatically over time, but she still has semi-regular gas and seems to be in mild-moderate discomfort from day-to-day. I give her 1 Proviable Probiotic sprinkled on her dry food 1x/day (Fussie Cat Chicken and Turkey Meal dry food; approx 3/4 cup per day). My 12-year-old female Cocker has always been calm but now is deaf and recently had a bad UTI. She’s on antibiotics and thyroid medication and has dry eye, for which I put an ointment in her eyes. She used to sleep next to me but now prefers the floor, and it feels like she wants to be alone. Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up. I thought it was teeth grinding but to be safe I brought him to the vet and they checked his teeth, said he has a little bit of plaque but over all looked good. I asked the doctor what she thought the noise was and she said it’s probably just him adjusting his jaw. Hello, my name is Christine My two dogs ate a foam ball, like a quarter size of it actually. I called my vet and he said to give them some Hydro peroxide. I did and they threw up. I tried calling him back to see if there was anything else I needed to do or lookout for, but no one seems to pick up. Is everything going to be OK with my dogs? I discovered my dog drinking out of a bucket of really gross dark green water outside. He was throwing up for a few days. I’ve since removed the bucket of water and he’s stopped throwing up. I am concerned however if he needs antibiotics or something in case there was a bacteria or parasite in the bucket of water. If he does I will call the vet and see what can be done but I’m limited on money right now so I’m asking here if an antibiotic is recommended?

Hello, my mom's cat was just diagnosed with kidney problems (by ultrasound, tests are not ready yet) and dehydration, prescribed 200ml of fluid therapy.
