About a couple of weeks ago I found a purplish spot in my dog's bed. I checked her body for any wounds and fur for any dry blood, but didn't see anything. Today, I noticed a second spot in a different area of the bed with the same purplish color. I just checked her again, still not finding any markings of a cut or injury. I know she constantly licks her bed and so now I'm not sure if these are markings of her always licking her bed or if they are blood spots.

• My cat has had digestive issues since I adopted her 2 months ago. They have improved dramatically over time, but she still has semi-regular gas and seems to be in mild-moderate discomfort from day-to-day. • Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up. I thought it was teeth grinding but to be safe I brought him to the vet and they checked his teeth, said he has a little bit of plaque but over all looked good.
