I took my dog to the vet yesterday. She has mastitis. They prescribed antibiotics and anti inflammatory. The skin around the teat is all black and busted open. Now since the skin has busted open there’s a open hole about the size of a quarter where the black skin was. Is this normal?

• My dog had an infected sebaceous cyst for months, and an abscess near it too. I took him to 4 veterinarians and each prescribed antibiotics.
