My cat has a small hard raised bump on the side of his nose. It doesn't seem to bother him at all. there's is no opening or puncture. Everything else is normal. Is this something to be concerned with or would it go away on its own?

• Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation. • Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up.
