I have a toy/miniature poodle she is over 8 pounds and 10.7 inches her brother is 12 pounds and 11.5 inches. They are both 6 months. He grew a lot faster than she is growing. Will she get to be his height and size?

• Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation.
