Hi i just noticed this dark flat mole like growth on my dogs lower belly. He never bothers with it and didn't even notice when i was inspecting it. He is about a year and a half old and a French mastiff. Does it look like something I should worry about??

• Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up. I thought it was teeth grinding but to be safe I brought him to the vet and they checked his teeth, said he has a little bit of plaque but over all looked good.
