One of my cat’s eyes is very watery and seems uncomfortable. It has been the same since about 2 weeks. Can I give her normal eye drops or are there special eye drops for cats I should use instead?

• Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation.
