My dog is 13, and has bleeding from her mouth some eating dinner an hour ago. It looks like her gums are bleeding, but it's not seems to be slowing but not stopping. I brush her daily, but not today of course. And she's scheduled for a tooth cleaning later this week. The blood u see on the towel is about 1/2 hours worth of bleeding that got a bit heavier after a drink of water. She doesn't seem distressed. No bad odor from her mouth. All else is normal. Can this wait until our vet is open?

• My dog had an infected sebaceous cyst for months, and an abscess near it too. I took him to 4 veterinarians and each prescribed antibiotics.
