We have a dog that got sick and died. She has bloody diarrhea, vomit, loss of appetite and she just barely moved. And when she got close to dying, her face became skinny and her jaw more pronounced. We now have 3 other dogs with the same symptoms. What could this be

I thought it was teeth grinding but to be safe I brought him to the vet and they checked his teeth, said he has a little bit of plaque but over all looked good.
