My dog died after pyometra surgery within few hours,vet send this picture after surgery,can you tell me anything after seeing this photo,any thing infection related, death related,or anything else?

I'm so sorry for your loss.
From the picture, I can tell that she definitely had a very angry and inflamed uterus and that there's no question that she had a pyometra. The large tube of tissue in the picture would be about the size of your pinkie in a health dog, but it is enlarged because it's full of puss.
Unfortunately pyometra makes dogs very ill and sometimes their bodies are not strong enough to survive the surgery. Complications could be related to infection, electrolyte status, organ failure, and others.

This is a very large Pyometra, but it looks undamaged which means there was probably no leaking into the abdominal cavity, which is good of course. a Pyometra is basically a uterine infection, the uterus becomes full of pus so there is already a very significant infection, but as long as it is removed entirely recovery is usually very good, hopefully this will be the case for Lusi as well.
