Just started my dog erythromycin and noticed he vomited a couple of times. I administered the drug with food. Is this normal and/or is there a better way to administer? He is being treated for Campylobacter (diarrhea).

• Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation.
