My cat has things like white heads in area above the eyes and scabs around the neck & down back. Starting to lose fur on back. It looks like little white bugs coming out of scabs. What can I do for my cat as i don't have $ for vet as I only get $600 a month.

• Hi my cat was in a car accident and suffered a grade 2 tall pull injury and had his tail amputated after a couple weeks as it did not regain function. He has since had a constipation. • Higgins started making the awful crunch noise this past November. He’s only making it when he’s sleepy, sleeping, or waking up.
