My cat seems to have a linear granuloma on his back leg. He had one on each leg a while back (the vet ran tests for ringworm and they came back negative) and then they seemed to disappear. Now one seems to have come back on his back right thigh. It doesn't seem to bother him in the slightest. I only noticed accidentally when I was petting him. Should I expect it to resolve itself again? Should I be concerned? Thanks!

Any recurring mass could potentially be concerning. The only way to know for sure or to know if it will resolve is for your veterinarian to do some additional testing. This could include a fine needle aspirate or possibly a biopsy.
